Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our fulfillment centers, depending on your location, to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. After this period, changes are not guaranteed, but you can return your order for a full refund once received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed between Monday and Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Shipping takes place the following business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 7-14 business days. Please allow extra time during peak seasons.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of shipping, please contact us for a full refund or a replacement.

Our prices do not include customs duties or taxes, which may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Any additional charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. My Shirt is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please email us at shopthisshirt@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid via credit or debit card, it may take 7-10 business days for your bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card provider for further details.
